Massage Booking Terms & Conditions

To ensure a smooth and professional service, please review and acknowledge the following terms when booking your appointment at Elysium Massage

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

  1. A 25% deposit is required to confirm all bookings

  2. Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment will result in the full deposit being forfeited, unless you are rescheduling.

  3. Each booking may be rescheduled a maximum of 2 times. After this, the deposit will be forfeited and a new booking will be required.

Arrival and Lateness Policy

  1. We kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to complete your health questionnaires and assessments prior to your massage.

  2. Late arrivals will result in a shorter treatment time with the session ending at your scheduled end time.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. Deposits are non-transferrable.

  2. All information provided by clients regarding health, medical history and current conditions must be truthful and accurate. Elysium Massage will not be held liable for any issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the client.

  3. Massage therapy is a non-sexual treatment. Clients will be appropriately draped at all times, with only the treated area being exposed. Any inappropriate exposure, comments, suggestions or behaviour of any sexual nature will result in the immediate termination of your treatment, with the full forfeiting of your booking fee. The client will also be permanently refused access to Elysium Massage.

  4. By booking, the client acknowledges and accepts that Elysium Massage, its practitioners, and its representatives are indemnified and held harmless from any liability, loss, or claims arising from:

    1. Inaccurate or withheld personal/medical information provided by the client.

    2. The clients failure to follow arrival times, booking terms, or therapist instructions.

    3. Any outcomes or circumstances outside the reasonable control of Elysium Massage.

  5. By proceeding with the booking you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
